By submitting this form and placing an advertisement with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ad Review & Approval

All advertisements are subject to manual review. We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad that violates our guidelines or is deemed unsuitable for our audience, with or without prior notice.

2. Prohibited Content

We do not accept ads that promote, depict, or contain any of the following:

• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or adult material
• Violence, gore, or graphic injury
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or harassment
• Fake news, misleading claims, or clickbait
• Illegal products, services, or activities
• Gambling, betting, or lottery promotions (unless pre-approved)
• Content that infringes on copyrights or intellectual property
• Any submission containing this type of content will be automatically rejected without further communication.

3. Free Trial Policy

A one-week free trial is available for new advertisers only, subject to approval. The free trial is limited to available inventory and may be placed at our discretion.

4. Ad Placement & Visibility

Ad positions (Home Page, Sidebar, Popup, Sticky, Sponsored Post) are assigned based on selection and availability. We make every effort to match placement preferences but cannot guarantee exact locations or visibility metrics.

5. Payment & Activation

This form does not collect payments. Once your ad request is reviewed and approved, we will share available options, pricing, and payment instructions. Ads will only be published after payment is completed (except for approved free trial ads).

6. Advertiser Responsibility

You are responsible for providing:

• Final ad creatives (images, banners, etc.)
• Accurate business descriptions and links
• Any required legal disclaimers (if applicable)

We are not liable for errors, typos, broken links, or misrepresentation in ad content you provide.

7. Ad Duration

Ads will run for the selected time period once activated. Requests for early removal or cancellation are non-refundable, unless agreed upon in writing beforehand.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated to current advertisers when applicable.
