😖 The Problem
I recently bought a 90% dark chocolate, thinking it would taste rich and premium. But when I tried it… it was extremely bitter. Honestly, it wasn’t enjoyable to eat directly.
Instead of wasting it, I decided to experiment.
🧪 The Experiment
Here’s what I tried:
I used a double boiler method to melt the chocolate
Added 150g powdered sugar to balance the bitterness
Mixed it until it became a smooth, creamy past
At this point, it looked like a thick chocolate spread.
☕ Turning It Into a Drink
Then came the interesting part:
Took 2 spoons of the chocolate paste
Added it to a cup
Poured in hot milk
Added a little extra sugar
Stirred everything well
🤯 The Result
The result was surprising…
👉 It turned into a rich, creamy, café-style hot chocolate
Thick texture ✔️
Deep chocolate flavor ✔️
Smooth and comforting ✔️
It felt like something you’d get in a premium coffee shop.

Milk (as needed)
Steps:

⚠️ Things I Learned
90% chocolate is too bitter alone
Sugar balances it, but don’t overdo it
This paste is great for quick drinks anytime
💡 Pro Tips
